Preformance Guarantee
Walker Equipment Limited offers purchasers of Western & Fisher brand Snowplows a 3 year protection plan to minimize your downtime due to mechanical failure during Snow Storms*! If within the first 3 years from the date of purchase, we are unable to repair your snowplow within one (1) hour, we will loan you a replacement free of charge. Conditions apply.

Multi Check Plan
Did you know that Walker Equipment now offers Interest Free Financing on Parts & Service?
If you would like to purchase your new equipment or have your existing equipment repaired, you can defer your payments for up to 9, 15, or 24 months using the "Multi Cheque Plan" program.
The "Multi Cheque Plan" is a great way to get your equipment when you need it and not tie up your cash flow. A Walker Equipment representative can customize a "Multi Cheque Plan" to suit your needs.
24 Hour Emergency Response
We provide our customers with The Best Product Support. Our service and parts departments are open 24 hours during Snow Storms, when 2 inches or more of snow is reported, at either Buttonville or Pearson Airport according to Environment Canada.
Simply call the Emergency Response Hotline at 1.866.423.3619 for information about the service department hours when a winter storm is forecasted.
For updates on our Service Department status after hours, call our main phone line and enter extension 500. We are not open, regardless of storms, on Christmas or New years days.
Conditions For Perfomance Guarantee
- Snow Storms mean a weather event where 2 inches or more of snow has accumulated, according to Environment Canada, at either Buttonville or Pearson Airport.
- The Snow Plow must be brought into Walker Equipment Limited's service department each year prior to October 30th for a free 5 point inspection. Where critical service is required this work must be authorized to maintain coverage.
- The customer must have an account setup with Walker Equipment Limited and in good standing.
- The repair work must be authorized for completion by the customer, prior to a loaner plow being issued.
- The recipient of a loaner plow must sign a no charge rental contract, and is responsible for any damages.
- No accessories are included in our PG program.
- The following plows are not covered under our Performance Guarantee program: Western Heavy Weight Plows, Western Suburbanite Plows, Fisher MC Plows, Fisher Homesteader Plows.
